Since launching his inspection business in 2006, Mansour has dedicated his career to helping buyers and homeowners make informed, confident decisions through clear, thorough, and unbiased home inspections.

With nearly two decades of hands-on inspection experience, Mansour brings an exceptional level of technical knowledge and attention to detail to every inspection. He has earned numerous professional designations, including Master Inspector® —one of the first in Calgary—and has also served as a trainer for new home inspectors, helping raise industry standards across the region. His deep understanding of residential and commercial building systems allows him to identify issues others may miss and explain them in a way clients truly understand.

From Global Experience to Local Expertise

Originally from Iran (born and raised), Mansour moved to England, where he met his wife Julie and built a life centered around family, homeownership, and entrepreneurship. Together, they raised three children and owned multiple homes and businesses before making the decision to move to Canada. Calgary has now been home for over 25 years, and Mansour’s deep familiarity with local construction practices, climate considerations, and building standards shows in every inspection he performs.

Before becoming a home inspector, Mansour was also a REALTOR®, which gives him a unique perspective on what buyers truly need during the inspection process. Realizing his passion lay in understanding how homes work—and helping people uncover what needs attention—he transitioned fully into inspections in 2006, where he has been making an impact ever since.

Outside of work, Mansour’s time is centered around family. As a proud father of three and grandfather to five, he enjoys family dinners, attending his grandchildren’s soccer and basketball games, hiking Calgary’s surrounding landscapes, reading fiction and historical books, and capturing life through photography. That same patience, care, and attention he brings to his personal life is reflected in the way he treats every client and every home.
