Before becoming a licensed REALTOR® in 2005, Julie-ann owned and operated several successful businesses in both England and Calgary. That entrepreneurial background shaped the way she approaches real estate today: with strong negotiation skills, sharp financial awareness, and a clear understanding of what’s at stake in high-value, time-sensitive decisions.

Family has always been at the centre of Julie-ann’s life and the way she moves through the world. After building successful businesses in England and later planting roots in Calgary over 19 years ago, her greatest pride has never been titles or awards — it’s her family.

Julie-ann is incredibly proud of her children, each of whom has forged their own path with purpose and integrity. From earning PhDs to becoming educators, building meaningful careers, creating their own families, and making a positive impact in the world, they reflect the values she holds closest: hard work, curiosity, compassion, and contribution. Watching her children grow into accomplished, grounded adults has only deepened her appreciation for long-term thinking and intentional choices both in life and in real estate.

Now a grandmother to five wonderful grandchildren, Julie-ann sees firsthand how homes evolve with families over time.
